Orders Sporadically Being Dropped

We have determined that a seemingly random number of accounts are having their credit terms erased which is causing the orders to drop. A critical VIP Support Call #425 has been requested.

We are receiving an increased number of reports that accounts are having their orders dropped before reaching Dispatch.
